In this professional development course, CREATE 201: Critical Community Unpacking Educational Dilemmas. Educators will develop and foster a professional learning community focused on equity, inquiry, and improvement;  build will, skill, capacity, and knowledge – and provide the related emotional support to identify, interrupt, and transform inequities in our practice and related student results;  cultivate dispositions, skills, and embodiment of The CREATE Project pillars; focus on presenting professional dilemmas in the community.
