Generative AI Program–Unlocking Business Value     

This course explores the transformative potential of Generative AI in creating value for businesses across various industries. Participants will delve into the evolution, practical applications and strategic implications that empower organizations to harness the creative and problem-solving capabilities of generative models. From its historical roots to its cutting-edge applications in business, this program equips participants with the knowledge and skills to navigate the dynamic landscape of AI and harness its potential for organizational success.

About the Program

Program Content and Design 

• For two-and-a-half days, participants will engage with Robinson faculty and peers to understand, leverage, and implement Generative AI in their respective fields.
• Participants will engage in sessions around AI’s organizational impact, user-centric design, strategic implementation, and regulatory and ethical considerations. 

Learning Objectives and Outcomes 

• Acquire practical knowledge and skills for the successful implementation of Generative AI solutions, addressing technical considerations such as scalability, data privacy, and system integration.
• Analyze the organizational implications of adopting Generative AI, considering ethical considerations, workforce dynamics, and cultural shifts.
• Enhance strategic thinking skills to align Generative AI initiatives with organizational goals, assess competitive advantages, and formulate a roadmap for the strategic integration of AI technologies.
• Gain an understanding of the critical role of User Experience (UX) design plays in Generative AI applications and how user- centric design fosters engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify and assess practical applications of Generative AI in various business areas, evaluating its impact on decision-making, innovation, and operational processes.

Who Should Attend

• This program is designed as a consortium model. We recommend 2-5 participants from an organization attend to maximize the program’s benefits.   
• This program is tailored to accommodate a broad audience, fostering a multidisciplinary learning environment where participants can exchange ideas, collaborate on projects, and gain an understanding of the diverse applications and implications of Generative AI.

Dynamic Approach

• Our faculty will deliver the program content using simulations, industry case studies and small-group exercises. 
• On the final day, participants will apply the knowledge gained throughout the course by addressing a real-world business challenge. Participants will collaborate to conceptualize, implement, and present a Generative AI solution, demonstrating an understanding of the course concepts and their practical applications before individually crafting a strategic plan to take back to their respective role.

$3,500 per person | 10% discount for 3 or more participants from the same organization.
